Requested Information:

“Information regarding the recently installed bike shelters at Masterton and Solway railway stations, which provide 16 bicycle parking spaces per station and include three-sided shelters with lighting and CCTV:
1. The total cost of the bike shelter installations at both Masterton and Solway railway stations.
2. A comprehensive breakdown of costs, including but not limited to:
- Design and engineering.
- Materials (shelters, bike racks, lighting, CCTV).
- Labour (including contractors or subcontractors).
- Installation of lighting and CCTV systems.
- Planning and regulatory compliance.
- Any other associated expenses or unforeseen costs.
3. All reports, project plans, or documents related to the installation, planning, and budgeting of the bike shelters.
4. All correspondence, meeting minutes, or communications related to the planning, installation, or budgeting of the shelters since June 2022-June 2023.
5. Contracts or agreements with external contractors, service providers, or suppliers involved in the project June 2022-June 2023.”
