Information requested

We would like accurate records of iwi representation on all council boards, committees and 
groups. 
Please provide a complete and up-to-date record of iwi representation across all council 
governance, advisory, and operational bodies, including but not limited to boards, committees, 
subcommittees, working groups, steering groups, and reference groups. 
For each body, I request the following information: 
1. Name of the boa d, committee, or group 
2. Purpose or function of the body 
3. Whether iwi representation is formally provided for (e.g. statutory, co-governance, 
advisory, or informal arrangement) 
4. The name(s) of iwi, hapū, or Māori organisation represented 
5. The name(s) of appointed representatives (where not withheld for privacy reasons) 
6. The appointment mechanism (e.g. ministerial appointment, council appointment, iwi 
nomination, election, or other process) 
7. Term of appointment (start and end dates, if applicable) 
8. Whether the position is voting or non-voting 
9. Any remuneration or support provided to representatives (e.g. fees, reimbursements)
10. The council unit or team responsible for administering the body
