and GWRC to discuss the Waimeha River mouth and the holistic management of the 
catchment”. 
 A copy o the notice or other record of GWRC’s decision to not take action to control the 
mouth of he Waimeha Stream unless (inter alia) “erosion or flooding directly threatens 
reside tial homes….” (as advised by GWRC’s Kapiti Area Engineer in an email dated 11 
December 2025 sent to an enquiring resident. 
A copy of the schedule for series of meetings “series of meetings [that] have been agreed 
to progress a joint operational plan to ensure that all of the community’s needs are 
considered in the management of the Waimeha” together with any agendas, schedule 
of proposed consultations and timeline to agreement being reached.
